Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion is an action role-playing game developed by Square Enix for the Nintendo Switch, and is a spin-off of the popular Final Fantasy VII series. Players take control of Zack Fair, a mercenary who has been given the job of rescuing Cloud Strife, one of the main characters from the original game. Along the way, Zack will find himself facing off against powerful enemies in exciting battles, while also uncovering a mysterious conspiracy that threatens to alter the course of history.
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion’s gameplay is based on ‘Active Time Battle’ (ATB) system which allows players to take turns in battle. Each battle consists of three rounds where players can choose from Attack and Magic commands as well as special Abilities that use MP points. During these battles players are able to strengthen their character by equipping various weapons and items or can summon powerful creatures to aid them in battle. The ability to customize Zack’s equipment and abilities allows for an engaging experience with dynamic but challenging combat.
