Getting Tyrogue
The best way to get Tyrogue in Pokemon GO is through seven-day research tasks given by Professor Willow. Every day, players can receive a new task related to specific activities such as catching Pokémon or using berries. These tasks often reward players with such items as Stardust or Pokeballs but can also reward the player with a certain type of Pokémon as well. By completing seven-day research tasks that involve catching Fighting-type Pokémon, players can potentially receive an encounter with Tyrogue.
Players should also keep an eye out for Raids featuring Machamp or Hariyama because these two Fighting-types are known to drop an exclusive Unova stone item called Low Kick which can be used to evolve Tyrogue directly into Hitmonlee without taking any of its other evolutionary paths. However this item is relatively rare so it may take some time before you obtain one.
Tyrogues Evolutionary Paths
Once you have obtained your Tyrogue there are three possible evolutions that you can choose from: Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, and Hitmontop. The evolution will depend on several factors; such as the Pokemon’s attack and defense stats relative to one another as well as whether or not it knows any specific moves like Vital Throw or Counter. For example if
